These terms cover your use of this website and the Erin demo, run by Pencil Glow Creations (UEN 53472231L). By using the site, you agree to them.
The demo is a sample
- Erin is an AI. In the demo she plays the receptionist of a sample dental clinic that doesn't exist.
- Nothing you arrange in the demo is real. No appointment, booking, callback or payment is made.
- Erin doesn't give medical advice. If you have a medical emergency, call 995 or go to the nearest emergency department.
- Like any AI, Erin can make mistakes. Don't rely on the demo for decisions about your health.
Using the demo fairly
- Calls last up to 6 minutes, with up to 2 calls a day on each device.
- Please don't share real medical details, NRIC numbers or payment details.
- Don't try to misuse, overload or break the demo, or to make Erin say things that are harmful or unlawful.
- Calls are recorded and transcribed. How we handle your personal data explains how.
The free pilot
The 14-day pilot for clinics is free, with no card and no contract. Nothing is charged unless your clinic signs up afterwards. Paid plans start from S$299 a month plus a one-time S$1,500 setup, and we give you every price in writing before you decide. A signed agreement covers any paid service, and its terms take priority over this page.
Our content
The Erin name, the crane, the website design and its content belong to Pencil Glow Creations. Please don't copy them without asking.
Liability
We provide the website and demo "as is" and can't promise they'll always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for any loss that comes from using the demo. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Singapore law that can't be limited.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
